Welcome. I’m Casey, and I’d love to share a bit about what I do and who I help.
I help people who are navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or life transitions that have left them feeling disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are the ones others rely on, thoughtful and caring people who are tired of holding it all together alone.
You’re not broken, and you’re not too much. You’re a whole person who’s been through hard things, and just being here shows your strength.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. Whether you’re grieving a loss, moving through a major change, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you.
A little about me.
Outside the office, I spend as much time as I can outdoors, gardening, exploring local plant shops, or relaxing at home with my pets. I love live music, reading, and quality time with my family. Being in nature and with loved ones reminds me to slow down and stay present.
I care for my own mental health because I believe I can’t support others without doing my own work. This work matters deeply to me, and I’m honored to hold space for people as they find their way forward.
So what does it actually look like to work with me?
My approach centers on genuine connection and proven expertise. I've spent 15 years learning that the most effective therapy happens when you feel both truly understood and skillfully supported. I'm trained in approaches like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (Master Certified), Internal Family Systems, (Level 1) and other evidence-based modalities, but I always adapt my methods to meet you exactly where you are.
In our sessions, you can expect both compassion and competence. Some days we might focus on processing difficult emotions, other times we'll work on practical strategies, and sometimes we'll simply sit with whatever you're experiencing. I know when to use specific techniques and when to just be present with you. There's no pressure to perform or make constant progress, this is your space to be human and heal at your own pace.
I meet you wherever you are in your journey. Whether you're in crisis or feeling stuck, whether you're ready to explore deeply or need to move gradually; all of it is welcome. Healing rarely follows a straight line, and I honor whatever your unique process looks like. We start with a simple conversation to see if we're a good fit, and from there we move at your pace, not mine.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, or going through a life transition, I work with people who are ready to heal and reconnect with their strength. My approach honors all parts of your experience, helping you feel more whole and integrated rather than fragmented by what you've been through.
My promise to you: I'll be consistent, honest, and genuinely invested in your wellbeing. I won't rush you, judge you, or try to turn you into someone you're not. My job is to help you reconnect with who you already are underneath all the pain and stress.
I believe that effective therapy must honor your complete identity. My practice welcomes all sexual orientations, gender identities, relationship structures, races, ethnicities, body types, and neurotypes. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist, neurodivergent-aware, kink-affirming, sex-positive, and committed to creating a safe space where every part of who you are is valued and respected.
What clients tell me: People often say they feel like they have someone who really gets them and also knows how to help. They describe feeling both seen and supported in ways that actually help them move forward and heal.
My Guiding Principles
Autonomy
Your life, your choices. I'm here to help you reconnect with your inner compass and trust yourself to make decisions that feel right for you.
Collaboration
Therapy isn't something that happens to you; it's something we create together. Your insights and my expertise combine to find what works for your unique situation.
Inclusivity
I work to create a space where people can show up fully as themselves without fear or judgment.
Holistic Healing
You're not just a set of symptoms. You're a whole person with a body, mind, spirit, and story that all matter in your healing process. We take this all into account on your healing journey.
